1. Introduction & Acceptance
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms, which form a legally binding contract between SiteCore Supply, LLC ("Supplier") and you ("Customer").
2. Orders & Specifications
All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation. Goods supplied shall conform to the technical specifications outlined in the product description.
3. Price & Payment
Prices are as displayed, exclusive of taxes/shipping, unless stated otherwise. Payments are due upon ordering or, for approved accounts, within 30 days of invoice date.
4. Delivery & Risk
Goods are shipped to the address provided. Delivery dates are estimates, and the supplier is not liable for delays. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns & Warranties
Defective goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We warrant that goods are of merchantable quality. Improper use voids the warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Supplier’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods and shall not exceed that amount for any direct or consequential damages.
